CEO of Terra Hexen. Graduated with an MBA from Kozminski University, the European Academy of Diplomacy and the National Defense Academy, as well as postgraduate studies in Management and Marketing. He has completed numerous training courses in sales, leadership, relationship building, PR, Kaizen, and international negotiations at the Polish Institute of International Affairs. He is a qualified ISO 27001 information security management system representative, as well as a certified security auditor. In 2014, he was awarded the title of VIP Graduate of the University of Lodz. As of July 2019, he is Vice President of the Polish Chamber of Unmanned Systems and as of 2022, President of the UAV Chamber.

Her activities focus on strengthening the Terra Hexen brand, supporting development strategies and promoting innovative services.
She brings many years of experience in project activities, building IOB partnerships and creating educational and technological products. She is involved in community development and initiatives that build awareness of the organisation in the areas of security, innovation and responsible use of technology.

Małgorzata Polzenius
Administration Manager. Graduate of German philology at the University of Lodz. Graduated from the Academy of Social Project Specialists, Master of Business English Academy, Total Service Management at Kaizen Institute, ISO 9001. She was twice awarded the title of Business Tiger by the Pro Progressio Foundation. She has organized many workshops and congresses, including the HR Genius and HR Genius 2.0 Congresses. She has 10 years of experience in management of teams, office, finance, administration as well as training management. For many years she has been co-creating and implementing business strategies in the field of human resources management, supporting management staff in their activities related to development, internal communication and team management. In Terra Hexen, she is responsible for keeping records, drawing up commercial agreements, settlements and finances, instructions, procedures and regulations within the company, as well as auditing and organizing training courses.
Maciej Agaciak
USV Expert. Former special forces operator and an experienced manager, specializing in project and team management in high-risk environments. He combines many years of operational experience gained during special missions with formal management education and leadership competencies, enabling him to effectively plan, coordinate, and supervise complex undertakings under conditions of time pressure and decision-making uncertainty.
Maciej Agaciak possesses extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the design, deployment, and countering of unmanned surface vehicles (USVs), including maritime drones used in military operations and the protection of critical infrastructure. His particular area of expertise lies in integrating advanced technologies with real-world operational requirements.
He is also a recognized expert in the development and implementation of advanced training programs based on modern simulators and digital solutions. As a leader and mentor, he focuses on strengthening organizational resilience, improving the quality of decision-making processes, and enhancing the effectiveness of teams operating in crisis and operationally demanding environments.
