Chairman of the Management Board of Terra Hexen. Graduate of Kozminski University MBA studies, European Academy of Diplomacy and National Defence University, as well as post-graduate studies in Management and Marketing. Expert and advisor within the scope of building partnership and creating franchise networks. He has completed many training courses in sales, leadership, building relationship management, PR, NLP, Kaizen, as well as international negotiations at the Polish Institute of International Affairs. He is a qualified proxy of ISO 27001 system for information security management, as well as a certified security auditor. In 2014, he was awarded the title of a VIP graduate of the University of Lodz. He is a member of the Council of the Lodz Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and since July 2019 also a vice-president of the Polish Chamber of Unmanned Aerial Systems.

Marketing Manager. Graduate of English studies, expert in management of international projects. She completed postgraduate studies in management of international projects at the Lodz University of Technology, as well as many trainings within the scope of Change Management, ISO 9001, PN-EN ISO 17100, Total Service Management (KAIZEN in service procedures), Effective Sales Manager. She is also in possession of a certificate of the Prince2 Foundation and the Master of Business English certificate. She participated in organization of many conferences, congresses, symposia and workshops. Privately, she is actively involved in childcare volunteering and CSR activities. In Terra Hexen, she manages marketing department, is responsible for activities involving foreign clients, cooperation with other people within the company, as well as with outsourcing companies and cooperating companies.
Małgorzata Polzenius
Administration Manager. Graduate of German philology at the University of Lodz. Graduated from the Academy of Social Project Specialists, Master of Business English Academy, Total Service Management at Kaizen Institute, ISO 9001. She was twice awarded the title of Business Tiger by the Pro Progressio Foundation. She has organized many workshops and congresses, including the HR Genius and HR Genius 2.0 Congresses. She has 10 years of experience in management of teams, office, finance, administration as well as training management. For many years she has been co-creating and implementing business strategies in the field of human resources management, supporting management staff in their activities related to development, internal communication and team management. In Terra Hexen, she is responsible for keeping records, drawing up commercial agreements, settlements and finances, instructions, procedures and regulations within the company, as well as auditing and organizing training courses.
Maciej Rutowicz
Drone Training Expert. Specialist for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. A graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Lodz, software engineer by education.
Since 2011 he has been associated with UAV industry. He participated in many projects concerning the construction and development of drones that take off from water tanks or powered by wire from the ground.
Since 2017 he has been working as a UAVO instructor with the largest training entities in Poland. He has VLOS / BVLOS / INS qualifications using for various types of measurement raids and film productions. He has the essential knowledge in the field of thermography confirmed by ITC certificates.
In Terra Hexen he is responsible for organizing and conducting training courses for drone operators and instructors, as well as for the implementation of drone services, i.e.: measurement and inspection air raids and photo-video projects.
