INSPECTION DRONES

Our offer is divided into three main groups: multi-rotor unmanned platforms with weight of less than 7 kg and unmanned aerial vehicles with weight of less than 25 kg. The platforms manufactured by our Partner can be used for inspection, monitoring, supervision and aerial recording with adherence to the highest safety standards. They can be used for both civilian and military applications.

Inspection drones
We are a business partner of the uAvionics company, which designed the highest quality original drones intended, among others, for inspection tasks.

Thanks to their advanced technology and simple design, we are able to achieve unbelievable performance, such as: 20 h of flight or range of up to 1800 km.
Inspector
Unmanned multi-rotor airborne system with a small form factor, intended for various inspections, starting with building industry, through road and railway infrastructure and power grids, and ending with heating industry.
Its fully automated operation relies on pre-programmed flight route. The platform provides comprehensive solution for professional business users.

THERMAL IMAGING
Fitted with thermal imaging camera (IR). Can be used for various thermal imaging inspections, e.g. of insulation, heat insulation, photovoltaic panels, heat pipeline networks or power grids.
6 MOTORS
Fitted with 6 separate BLDC motors. This improves stability, even during strong wind and helps maintain stable flight, even if one of the motors or controllers is damaged.
30X OPTICAL ZOOM
Next to thermal imaging, there is also available an inspection camera with 30x optical zoom. It is helpful for visual inspection of locations that are distant and difficult access, as well as for detecting structural damage.
TRIPLE SAFETY
Fitted with a system where three independent autopilot systems can operate simultaneously. It ensures redundancy and allows continuing flight even in the event of malfunction of two autopilots.
OBSERVATION FROM THE BOTTOM
Fitted with a camera stabilisation system enabling looking at 90 degrees upwards and 90 degrees downwards. It is very useful for inspecting structures from below, e.g. bridges, viaducts or tunnels.

We ensure comprehensive customer care, support in decision making, technical support, and a unique 48h technical service at any location within Poland. This option is available either as basic service or as full service in the form of subscription in multiple subscription time versions.
SEARCHLIGHT
LED searchlight that enable illuminating all the places that are difficult to access, spotting damage or conducting inspection using a camera operating within the visible light range.
Tiguar C
Unmanned aerial vehicle from the uAvionics company, with wingspan of 4.1 m, intended for civilian applications. Tiguar Civil is a reliable and safe observation and inspection instrument for all situations where the long operation duration matters or where large distances need to be covered.

Tiguar C meets the requirements of ULC regarding UAVs (below 25kg) and requirements of the US Federal Aviation Administration (below 55 lbs).
Tiguar is not subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).

20H OF FLIGHT
The optimal aerodynamics and application of the AirHybridTM hybrid propulsion enables achieving flight parameters that are unparalleled in this class: duration of over 20 h and range of over 1800 km. All of this makes Tiguar C a reliable observation instrument.
LIDAR
A UAV may carry onboard a laser scanner that can provide a large amount of data on the surface thanks to the very high frequency beam of light emitted. This results in an electronic image of a three-dimensional cloud of points. The lidar can be used simultaneously with a mapping head.
ASSEMBLY IN 2 MINUTES
Fitted with a very quick and easy assembly system. It takes 2 minutes to prepare it for a flight.
It features a modular design, consisting of the main body, two removable wings and two removable tail pipes with stabilisers.
Can be transported in a box or in fabric cases.
TRIPLE SAFETY
Fitted with a system where three independent autopilot systems can be functioning simultaneously. It ensures redundancy and allows continuing flight even in the event of malfunction of two of the three autopilots. It can be fitted with a parachute, ensuring safety in the event of a malfunction.
USEEKER HEAD
Fitted with a camera with revolution of over 40 MPx in order to obtain the most precise data from round flights. A Tiguar can provide data from 10 000 ha, collected during a single flight.

Unmanned aerial vehicle with wingspan of 4.1 m, intended for the military. Tiguar Military is a reliable and safe instrument for all situations where the long operation duration matters or where large distances need to be covered. It meets the requirements of ULC regarding UAVs.

START LAUNCHPAD
The launchpad enables automatic start without active participation of the operator. It also removes the necessity to use a runway, which has to be about 80 m long in case of Tiguar M. (The launchpad will be available in 2018)
